The program doesn't give you the job but it gives you the opportunity to learn and grow and become a better tech than when you came in. Just working in a shop is an amazing opportunity in and of itself.

I got into collision because I wanted to be able to work on my own car. The internship program really helped me get into the industry and allowed me to learn how everything works. Every day you learn something new.
