The program doesn't give you the job but it gives you the opportunity to learn and grow and become a better tech than when you came in. Just working in a shop is an amazing opportunity in and of itself.

You get support within the program that you just don't get at a 4 year college. It's support that you can't find anywhere else. It's so rewarding to create and fix something. There's something different every day, and you get to add your personal touch. There is a lot of detail and personal thought going into each repair. Being hands-on is more of an art than a job.
